What are your phone, office and display lot hours?
- You can call us anytime from 6 A.M. till 8 P.M., 7 days per week. Unless we are out of cell phone range or unavoidably detained, we will answer the phone.
- Our office hours vary with the season and our work load. But we will gladly meet you at our office and display lot, or at your property anytime by appointment.
- Our display lot is always open but unattended. This means you can inspect our sheds anytime - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year without an appointment. Our office and shop are also located on this property, but call for our office hours because they vary with the season and our work load. If you see the gate open, please feel free to walk back and talk to us. Otherwise we may not know you are here because we can't see you from the shop area.

Building permits
- Building permits are required for all garages. You pay the actual cost of the permit ($450 up depending on the value of your garage and where it is located), and we'll handle all the paperwork.

Warranty
We warranty our sheds and garages against defects, provided that you paint it with 2 coats of exterior acrylic latex paint within 30 days of purchase.
If your building requires any repairs, just call us at 579-0124, explain the situation so we know what kind of tools and materials to bring with us, and we'll come out and fix it as soon as possible.

How to order a garage
Just give us a call and we will come out look at your property. We have to do this because we need to see where you want to locate it and discuss setbacks, look at the elevation, slope and drainage of the site, etc. We will take your order there after we have seen your building site.
Frequently asked questions
What are the driving directions to your office? We are located at 4535 W. Ina Rd. Take Interstate 10 to Ina Rd (exit 248), head right (east) over the railroad tracks. We are the third business on the right (south) side of the road, after the Waffle house between National Car Rental and Chuy's, and before you get to the gas station. Pull into the display lot and wander through our inventory.
How long have you been in business? We have been in business at the same location since 1990.
Do you have a sample garage that I can see? We have a 20x20 garage on display at our lot. But because we use it for storage, we only keep it open and unlocked during business hours when we are there. But you can come by anytime and inspect it from the outside.
How long does it take to build a garage? It takes us about 2 weeks to build a garage, depending on the weather and how things go with the permit process. Lead time depends on our work load.
