Our office and shop are also located on this property but we can't see you. So if you see the gate open, please feel free to wander back and talk to us. Otherwise we won't know you are here.
We rarely require a deposit and are happy to take your shed order by phone. If you want to talk to someone in person or need us to come out and inspect your location and evaluate your storage needs, we’ll gladly do so by appointment. You can call us from 6am to 8pm, at 579-0124.

Building permits
- Except for the town of Marana, most locations allow sheds up to 10x20 without requiring a building permits. Marana allows up to 10x12, then requires a building permit.

Our warranty
We warranty our sheds and garages against defects for 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that you paint it with 2 coats of exterior acrylic latex paint within 30 days of purchase. Buildings built with Duratemp siding require priming prior to painting.

How to order a shed
We will take your order over the phone if you know exactly what you want. Otherwise, come to our display lot and look at our sample sheds, then call us:

Frequently asked questions
Why are your paint jobs so expensive? Because our time is valuable. Whether we are pushing a paint brush or building a shed we need to make the same amount of money for that time used. And a proper paint job can take 2 to 12 hours depending on the size of the shed or garage and on the weather. So we usually recommend hiring a neighbor kid for $6 or $8 dollars per hour because painting is an unskilled job that almost anyone can do.
If you choose to hire us then we will paint your shed with 2 coats of paint and warranty the work we do for 2 years. But we still require you buy the paint because we don't know what quality of paint you want to buy and also we can't afford to make a mistake on the color. Getting the proper color can involve running to home depot two or three times and checking with you each time to make sure the paint color matches to your satisfaction. So we leave purchasing the paint up to you.
Why are your concrete shed slabs so expensive? Because we make our slabs a minimum of 6 inches above grade and 4 inches thick with an additional 4 inch toe down and 1/2 rebar around the perimiter and include a step or ramp in front of the door. We also use 3000 psi microfiber ready-mix professional grade concrete.
However we still cannot guarantee against the concrete cracking or the shed flooding. It's your responsibility to select a location that will not flood during a thunderstorm. Just because your preferred location is dry now doesn't mean it will not flood when the rainy weather hits. We cannot make that location call because we do not live there and we don't know the drainage characteristics of your property. If you want to know for sure that your new shed will be high and dry then you will need to hire a hydrologist and surveyer at your own cost.

What are the directions to your office? We are located at 4535 W. Ina Rd. To find us, take Interstate 10 to Ina Rd (exit 248), head right (east) over the railroad tracks. We are the third business on the right (south) side of the road, past the Waffle house, next door to the (old) plant nursery, and before the gas station. Pull into the display lot full of storage sheds and wander through our inventory.
How long have you been in business? We have been in business since 1990.
Do you have some sample sheds so I can see the quality of your work? We have about a dozen sheds on display on our lot. How long is the lead time when I order a shed? Two days to two weeks is our usual lead time depending on our schedule and what you order. If you need building permits, add another week or two.
How long does it take to build a shed? Depending on the size and location it usually takes one to two days to build most sheds, weather permitting. If it's a really large or complicated shed it can take up to 5 days.
Are building required? Most unincorporated areas of Pima County that are not in a county designated flood plain area allow sheds up to 200 sq.ft. without a needing building permits. Marana and Tucson only allow up to 120 sq.ft., then requires a building permit. Even if you shed doesn't require a building permit, you must still follow property setback guidelines and homeowner association guidelines.
And in the City of Tucson, any structure over ten (10) square feet requires a "Zoning Compliance Certificate" at a cost of $65.00. This is different from a building permit. It certifies that the shed location is approved by the city. If you have any questions or complaints about this issue you can call the City of Tucson Development Services Department and talk to them about it.
Building a shed that requires a permit is not economical or realistic in most cases because permits for sheds cost from $300 to $500 depending on where you live and the value of the shed you are building, plus the cost of any additional requirements the city makes over and above our normal building standards.

Do you require a deposit to place a shed order? We do not require a deposit to order a shed. Payment is in full upon completion of your shed, which is almost always the same day. We only require a deposit on unusual shed orders.
What do I need to do to my site before you can build my new shed? We need a clean and level building site. If you do not have electricity, please let us know when you order your shed so we can bring our generator.
